Fifteen Years of Ecological Expertise

We're a team of ecologists, restoration specialists, and environmental consultants dedicated to rebuilding the connection between human activity and natural systems.

How We Started

Bronze Hollow began in 2011 when three environmental scientists working on separate conservation projects realized they were solving the same problem differently.

Development wasn't slowing down. Regulations were tightening. And most companies viewed ecology as a compliance hurdle rather than an opportunity.

We founded Bronze Hollow to change that perspective, working with businesses and landowners to demonstrate that ecological restoration creates value beyond regulatory tick-boxes.

Our Approach

We don't use cookie-cutter solutions. Every site has unique hydrology, soil conditions, existing biodiversity, and stakeholder contexts.

Our process starts with understanding what already exists, what constraints you're working within, and what success looks like for your specific objectives.

From there, we design restoration strategies grounded in ecological science and practical implementation experience. We've learned that successful projects balance ideal outcomes with real-world budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

What Drives Our Work

We believe that ecological restoration isn't just about reversing past damage. It's about creating resilient landscapes that support both human activity and biodiversity.

That means working with developers to exceed biodiversity net gain requirements. It means helping farmers transition to regenerative practices. It means showing councils how restored green spaces reduce flooding and improve community wellbeing.

Every project is an opportunity to demonstrate that ecology and commerce aren't opposing forces. When done right, environmental restoration creates measurable value for all stakeholders.
